Text: According to the public relations of the Inland Waters Aquatic Stocks Research Center – Gorgan, the meeting was held in cooperation with the Golestan Department of Fisheries with the name of the farm day in the building of the shrimp farm of the Jahad Nasr Institute in Gomishan with the presence of Dr. Qhaed Niya, the head of the Shrimp Research Institute of Iran, representative of the Department of Environment of the province, veterinary head of the Gomishan city, Dr. Ghavampour, the shrimp expert, head of the shrimp farmers union of the Bushehr province and representative of Takgene knowledge foundation in order to exchange information, discuss current issues of shrimp farming and contact with the shrimp farmers of Gomishan. At first, the head of the center, Dr. Aghayi Moghadam, in addition to welcoming and introducing the guests, announced the plans for the upcoming events. Then, Dr. Ghavampour gave explanations for water quality management in shrimp farms and the need for making sand filters and reservoirs in shrimp farms. Dr. Qhaed Niya described the benefits of using probiotics.
