Text: According to the public relations of the Coldwater Fishes Research Center of Tonekabon, the course "Understanding the basic concepts of metrology and estimating the measurement uncertainty" was conducted in the conference hall of the Center by Mr. Abdolali Habibi who is the lecturer and consultant of laboratory quality management systems andstrategic technologies laboratory network inspection. This course was held to announce the project of designing and deploying the national system of the ISO/ IEC17025 system in the laboratories of the subsidiary centers of the Iranian Fisheries Science and Research Institute (Tonekabon Center) and its purpose was to deploy and obtain a certificate of compliance with ISO/ IEC17025 from national validation resources for the laboratories of the center.
