According to the public relations of the South of Iran Aquaculture Research Center, a working group of experts from the Department of Fisheries Khuzestan and the research center was established in order to think about the implementation of the joint projects and the assessment of the province executive requirements in the fields of unconventional waters, reducing water consumption, aquaculture conference, shrimp joint committees and capture fisheries. The first meeting of the working group was held at the office of the director general of the Department of Fisheries Khuzestan with the presence of the director general of the department, deputy director of aquaculture, experts from the Department of Fisheries, head of the research center and heads of the specialized research departments. Various topics including joint cooperation, programs for reducing water consumption and introducing species compatible with climate change were discussed at the meeting.
