Dr. Simin Dehghan Mediseh, the head of the South of Iran Aquaculture Research Center appointed Dr. Hossein Houshmand as the deputy director of research, technology and transfer of findings of the center. Prior to this, he was responsible for the management of the department of health and diseases of the center. He is a research associate professor with Ph.D. in aquatic health sciences.
