Marine ecosystems and their adjacent coastal habitats, especially estuaries are important because of maintaining the coastal biota, including a diverse array of organism's (Currier and Small, 2005). However, these ecosystems are being impacted by the anthropogenic activities through urbanization and industrialization developments.
